Lettuce wraps!
The stuffing included cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado, hummus, and a teeny-tiny little bit of feta cheese. I'm Greek and I was born to LOVE feta cheese. You can't hardly blame me for that.

Kitty Kitty Kitty! Sorry to keep bothering you with comments haha. ( am sure they arn't actually a bother). Ok so I am a follower of the Totally TRUCKED! blog (they have a blog!? cool huh?). anyway, I was reading the last entry where they all write there good byes and favorite moments, Freddy Hall, a guitarist writes, "My new motto is: stay hungry, stay foolish.
